"Good Product & Customer Service Experience"
We recently had an error with the amount charged at checkout for one of the items bought. I tried calling several times & after no success getting through sent an email on the Friday lunchtime.
I then read all these negative reviews on Trustpilot about similar problems making contact & so I started to worry.
However, Monday morning I received 2 emails in quick succession from Danielle in customer services who resolved the problem without issue. The items purchased are for a present so cant yet vouch for the quality but at a quick glance seem fine & previous tshirts & tracksuit jackets bought have also been happily worn without problems.
I would acknowledge the company needs to improve the way their phone & email system is set up so customers don't question the company's trustworthiness, but personally, so far I have no issue with the service we've received to date.
